Doing what God directed you to do- through His word or a Rhema Word- something that God speaks to your heart that agrees with the spirit.
Rhema is defined as “God’s Word Spoken to You”. … ‘” Nee holds that this is because “Rhema is something the Lord has spoken previously which He is now speaking again. In other words, rhema is the word which the Lord speaks the second time. This is something living.”
There are countless people who pray for healing- day in and day out. Jesus is our healer- no doubt. But we need to make sure we are not abusing our bodies at the same time we are praying for a healing. We are praying and God tells us we need more sleep, or we need to get some stress out of our life, slow down, not spending everyday multitasking- doing 506 things at once You may need healing and you need to get rid of the anger you have carried around for years. Maybe you need to exercise. We can’t ask God to deliver us from the problem that we keep feeing day in and day out.
We need to realize that sometimes when we find ourselves in a “pit” of some sort- we should just get up and climb out. Do your thoughts ever drop into the pit? A negative thought can come in- perhaps a person with annoying habits, or a social security agent who doesn’t even know their own rules, or anything that provokes us to be frustrated, aggravated, angry and upset.
2 Corinthians 10:5
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Cast those thoughts down.
Take every thought captive under the obedience of Jesus Christ. He helps us recognize ur thoughts are going in the wrong direction, but it’s up to us to get them under control. Skip the guilt trip- don’t be condemned- just change your thoughts. Temptation is not sin. The real problem is when we recognize we are doing wrong and just keep doing it and don’t care.
Today, I got angry with three different people within an hour’s time. I called my friend and told her- I am dealing with angry thoughts. She helped me by reminding me that I would work through it with the help of God.
I have received clear guidance to 1. take certain supplements (AHCC, Probiotic, Vitamins D3, B complex, C, Zinc, Turmeric, Fulvic minerals, etc) 2. follow a high nutrient clean green diet, 3. Use the sauna to heat my body 4. Decrease stress 5. Deal with anger immediately- do not harbor any negative feelings in my being- cast those thoughts down with God’s help
