The horizon is my target and at the end of my life I will say, it was all amazing and wonderful. And an absolute wonder just to be me. Sometimes when those little nagging voices whisper in your ear, you just have to recall your heart’s dream and your life’s manifesto. This is the story of an incredible journey written for children. The book was given to me about 10 years ago by a 5 yr old. She knew some things about “aunt peg” that the adults didn’t understand!! She is ‘wise beyond her years’ and such a lovely teen today.
“I don’t know much, but I know what I know. I gotta go! I gotta go! I gotta go to Mexico!” The creepy-crawly bug doesn’t know why she does what she does. She only knows she has to do it.  It’s a neat book and true to life- for young and old. The words are simple and urgent, you can get the message about knowledge, freedom, instinct, destiny—or you can just enjoy the beat in a “prose, poem, picture book”.

Where do I find my soul and greatest solace? Here….or somewhere like it…..the earth is more water than land. So, it’s pretty easy to be at peace. But, are we ever really free?

It seems that everyone in our life, wants us to be somewhere or do something or be someone “for them”.  It is probably very selfish to want to be a free spirit, when you are a full grown adult. Oh well, “the truth just is”.

My son told me that he finds my writings of value because “if something ever happens to you, we can read what you thought and know how you felt about things.”  We will always have your words when you are gone. Wow, maybe, I should think a little more about what I write?  Nah. It would be too hard to edit “me”. 🙂

As usual, the problem is all inside your head, you see. Anything we find trapping us, is of our own making. We have the key and can be “free” of it whenever we choose. Decide. Deal with it. Do what you need to, to be able to do whatever is good for your soul!
